Our firm is dedicated to meeting the individual needs of all of our clients. We provide our clients with expertise and advice in civil and criminal law, domestic law (family law) and this includes wills/probate/estate as well as civil and domestic mediation. Our goal is to provide legal services to meet the needs of families.

REBUILDING FAMILIES ONE CLIENT AT A TIME

Family advocacy is a part of our services to ensure unto every child a safe, nurturing and loving environment. In addition, we provide elder care services to meet the legal needs of our growing senior population. Although Attorney Jefferson is a former public defender, neither she nor the FLC provide a wide range of criminal defense services. You may ask why we provide criminal defense services if we are a family-oriented center. First, please note that we do NOT defend rapist, murderers (intentional crimes not self-defense), and/or crimes against children, the disabled and/or the elderly. In addition, allow us to respond to this important question about our criminal defense. For cases involving juveniles accused of delinquent offenses and/or crimes, please contact us to review the case on a case-by-case basis.

Our country is built upon founding principles called the Bill of Rights and the Constitution. Here, at FLC, we want to preserve and protect the Constitutional rights of all people and in doing so, we hope that clients will be rehabilitated and restored as productive citizens of our society. Restoration will enable such persons to be providers for their families.
